ENEL ALTA FARMS DELIVERS CLEAN POWER FOR META IN ILLINOIS
Enel North America has begun operations of the 200-megawatt (MW) Alta Farms wind farm in DeWitt County, Ill. The project supports Meta’s DeKalb Data Center through a 125 MW long-term power purchase agreement.
Enel previously announced a 125 MW long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) with Meta at the 200 MW Alta Farms wind farm in DeWitt County, Ill., supporting the expansion of the tech leader’s DeKalb Data Center. The company also previously signed a PPA with the Indiana Municipal Power Agency for a 75 MW portion of the project.
