SINGAPORE – KEPPEL O&M BECOMES A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF SEMBCORP MARINE
Sembcorp Marine has closed the acquisition of Keppel O&M (KOM). Following closing, KOM has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
In April 2022 Keppel Corporation Limited announced that it has entered into definitive agreements with Sembcorp Marine for the proposed combination of Keppel Offshore & Marine and Sembcorp Marine.
Sembcorp Marine’s products and services include rigs & floaters, repairs & upgrades, offshore platforms and specialised shipbuilding. It conducts its businesses globally through shipyards in Singapore, Indonesia, the United Kingdom and Brazil.
