TLOU ACHIEVES INCREASE OF LESEDI RESERVES IN BOTSWANA

Tlou Energy, company focused on delivering power in Botswana and southern Africa through the development of coal bed methane (CBM) is pleased to announce a significant upgrade of Reserves for the Lesedi CBM Project and initial Reserves for the Mamba Project in Botswana. This latest Reserves assessment has been independently certified by Dr Bruce McConachie of SRK Consulting. Highlights: 44% increase in 2P gas reserves to 3.9 billion cubic feet and 390% increase 3P gas reserves to 261 billion cubic feet. The Lesedi CBM Project is the most advanced project in Tlou’s portfolio. Tre Project licenses extend for approximately 8,500 km2 in the Karoo Kalahari Basin, southeastern Botswana.
